Prayers answered

Thanks to fantastic doctors and all of your prayers, my grandmother made it through her heart procedure today and is recovering great!  She is so strong and amazing, and I'm looking forward to many more happy holidays and memories with her.

Thank you all for your support.  Of course, we're never totally out of the woods when an elderly relative has a week heart, but we are grateful and hopeful as of now.  Prayers answered!

  5. Wonderful news- I'm so glad to hear your grandma is doing better.

And I might have sighed and grinned at the sight of the baby. Newborns are so cute! (So long as you can hand them back to Mommy and Daddy.)

  6. Thank you all!

Stephanie--I like my kids a little bigger, too, and mostly mine, not other people's! But going back and holding a baby after your own have grown a bit is really sweet. You're right, though, you can hand them right back!
