A cool thing called Blog Hop

A cool thing called Blog Hop

So I clicked over to my newest follower's site yesterday...and Roland D. Yeomans had a very cool thing called a Blog Hop on there.  So I added my link and....now this really cool thing is in my sidebar.  Check it out in the left sidebar!

Am I a sucker for new widget-gadgets?  Hmmm...I just don't know.

What about you?  Are you a sucker for things to add to your blog?  Which are the best?  Which are the most annoying?

  1. I signed up!
And considering my sidebars are loaded with images and gadgets, I guess I am a sucker.

  2. I am a sucker sometimes but I have no idea how blog hops work. Do I have to visit all 35 blogs everyday? Because I visit so many others already.

  3. I try to keep my blog simple ... and messy >:)
Simple in the sense that I want no flashy links and ads and giveaways. Messy in the sense that I have no well-defined theme, and no schedule with Mondays for this and Wednesdays for that. Just doing it all for fun >:)

  6. I have to admit I'm a bit of a sucker for these bells and whistles. So much so that I added another column to my log. Trying to avoid the cluttered look though.

  8. The blog hop is cool and useful.

I love Gothic sites, too, and ruins. They tell such a story all by themselves.

  10. I also prefer to keep my blog uncluttered but some of the widgets are soooo cool. One great thing about a blog hop is the opportunity to meet a few more fun and interesting bloggers.
